Notes
The beer had an OG of 1065 while it should have been around 1080. It finished at 1015 with an ABV of 6,6%.
Fermented under pressure around 1 Bar for about 7 days. The fermentation was really quick, after 3-4 hours it was active already. Lagered for two weeks in the fridge (set on 4 degrees Celsius). Carbstone almost at the bottom of the tank and put CO2 in it about 4-5 times at 0,7-1,0 Bar, releasing the pressure at the top of the tank so it flows through the beer.
